1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuSeller's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

DocuSeller provides a platform for managing, generating, and delivering HOA disclosure documents. Our services include document automation, white-label storefronts, workflow management, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious code or content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

DocuSeller operates on a revenue share partnership model. Partners receive their share of document sales according to their partnership agreement. Payment processing fees apply to transactions. Revenue share terms may be modified with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Telebria and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Telebria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telebria and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
